We recommend guests arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure a stress free check in process. If you are running late, we will try our best to service your nails in the remaining time left for your appointment.
We value your time as our guest, and set aside time exclusively for you! In the event that you need to cancel or modify a reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time (without cancellation penalty). A $10 rescheduling fee applies to all reservations changed on the day of service. 48hr cancellations or modifications are accepted online. In order to create the most relaxing experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phone on vibrate or silent when you arrive. We also ask that you keep phone calls low while receiving your service.
We accept all major credit cards for payment of service. Amex, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
We’d be delighted to create a fun, relaxed, and luxurious beauty experience for you and your guests. To book a private bar party, please contact us in advance. Groups of three to five guests require a credit card upon time of booking. Any parties larger than five people must rent the space to accommodate their group.
In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel and or reschedule reservations for the safety of both our guests and team members.
No refunds. We guarantee a same-day no chip policy for all services — simply contact the salon the same day as your service, and we will correct any chips free of charge. If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
Anyone in ill health that we fear could be harmed by our service.
Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment.
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our team members or guests.
