Our junior stylists and trainees are refining their skills, while perfecting their craft, plus their deeply discounted pricing differs from the specialists. Our talented jr. nail pros are trained and working their way up to master levels, while still delivering the Nailbed & Bar exquisite experience. Want to grow with one? Sign up for the Model Membership. This membership requires 1 - 3 service commitment, with pre-booked select services. (Nail art/removal + soak offs not included. All participants agree to complete progress survey at the end of every service.)

Release of Liability

I understand that the nail professional performing my service is a skilled professional undergoing service training. As a consequence of this fact, I am receiving a reduction in the price for services rendered. In consideration for these reduced charges and for the use of the services and facilities provided by Nailbed & Bar, LLC, I agree that I will not hold Nailbed & Bar, LLC nor any team members, contractors and trainees liable for any injury, illness or health related condition that arises following my service. I hereby consent to release for possible publication my photo(s) and/or video images taken by any authorized Nailbed & Bar, LLC employee, trainee or contractor for training and/or publicity purposes. I understand that I will not receive numeration for my voluntary participation or future use of any photo(s) and/or images of me. By initialing the RELEASE OF LIABILITY, I have read and fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms.

Membership Agreement

I read and completed this questionnaire truthfully. I understand that this document is to provide the best possible guest experience when visiting the salon. I agree to provide feedback and constructive criticism to support and direct jr. stylists and trainees for the duration of my membership period. I understand additional services including nail art, nail enhancements, and gel removal will incur additional cost.
